Note: Separate workshops may be provided for the Leadership Team and Front Line Staff that are customized to their specific roles and responsibilities.
Note: Consider booking a full day of training specific to the roles/responsibilities of your Registered Staff and then a second day of 1 or 1 1/2 hour rotating “Team Tactics” workshops for your Front Line Staff.
Note: By combining the Captain of the Ship workshop with another 3 hour module on leadership, i.e. focused on communication, conflict or coaching, your Registered Staff will be able to enjoy a full day of enhancing their skills.
Note: Participants will leave equipped with a plan of action to implement coaching skills on a daily basis; a personal coaching game plan; proactively address potential & real conflict before it implodes and motivate staff daily to efficient and productive work expression.
Note: If travel isn’t an issue, it is recommended that the training days are booked one month apart over three months to allow initiation and development of onsite workplace projects between dates.
Note: Customized versions available for solely the Registered Staff or to include managers from all designations with Registered Staff. Day 1 & Day 2 available as stand alone full day workshops with handouts/posters.

Note: On the afternoon of the second day, selected members of the frontline team join Registered Staff in a participatory experience focusing on solution based process & conflict resolution.
Note: Explore perception differences between “a job well done” for long term staff and new staff; examine how managers can blend differences to encourage staff to exceed expectations.
Note: A two day workshop that examines the purposes of a Debriefing Team and provides guidelines for creating an in-house team at your organization.
Note: Following the training day, FCS would provide 3 follow up days focused on mentoring. It is recommended that the days are booked at one month intervals & may include 2 hr refresher workshops repeated up to 3 times/day.
