Note: Provide 3 hour workshop specific to Registered Staff in the morning and then either two workshops each 1 12/ hours in length or three workshops each 1 hour in length for Front Line Staff during the afternoon.

  • What is content?
  • What is the impact of dementia and expression on sexuality and intimacy?
  • How do family members/spouses/partners feel about sexual expression?
  • How do “personal values” colour responses?
  • When is sexually expressive behaviour symptomatic of other presenting conditions?
  • Are there strategies that meet the need for loving intimacy?
